Whether you’re a seasoned Partier or attending The Party in Fort Worth for the first time, you probably have some questions. Here’s what you need to know before you go.
Q: WHAT DO I WEAR?
A: Western Chic attire with your favorite pair of Justin Boots! “Texas Tuxedo” and “Cowtown Cocktail” are also acceptable. Just make sure you’re ready to “Dance the Night Away” with Shane Smith and The Saints!
Q: WHERE IS THE EVENT?
A: In its 29th year, The Party in Fort Worth is returning to its original location, Billy Bob’s Texas - The World’s Largest Honky Tonk. The address is 2520 Rodeo Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76164. Please use the Box Office entrance to check in and pick up your credentials.
Q: WHERE DO I PARK?
A: Valet parking has been generously sponsored by Higginbotham. If you are driving to the event, Valet Parking will be available in Rodeo Plaza. Please access Rodeo Plaza from Stockyards Boulevard.
Q: WHAT TIME DOES THE PARTY START?
A: The Party starts at 6:00pm with a cocktail hour. Please check in at the Box Office entrance to pick up your credentials. At 7:00pm the Billy Bob’s Showroom doors will open and dinner will be served.
Q: WHAT NAME DO I GIVE AT CHECK IN?
A: Credentials and event seating will be organized first by Company or Organization name. Please provide the name of the company you are attending on behalf of, and then your name.
Q: MY COMPANY ISN’T SPONSORING BUT I WANT TO SUPPORT THE CAUSE. ARE INDIVIDUAL TICKETS AVAILABLE?
